Your Funding Application: What to Send
Getting started is straightforward. Have these items ready so we can review your business funding request.
Your quick checklist
- A completed Funding Application. Fill in your business details using the application below.
- Your last four months of business bank statements. Send complete, readable statements.
- Month-to-date bank activity, if it is past the 10th. From the 11th onward, include activity from the first of the current month through the latest available date. On or before the 10th, this is not part of the starting checklist.
